Dove Lake, Cradle Mountain
Halfway through our 6.2km trek around Dove Lake on Christmas Day!

My Christmas this year was spent driving through the mountains of Tasmania with my family. The photos you see above have been uploaded straight from my camera, no photoshop, no filters, just pure nature. It was a simple and much needed break to end a hectic year, a year in which I started my first proper office job, got accepted into law school, and learnt about the virtues of being patient and humble. 2013 has left me with more doubts than ever, as I finally embarked on the journey of life as a young adult (living out of home, managing finances and establishing a work life balance) and started questioning whether I am heading in the right direction in both my relationships and my career. It seems scary to think about such unknowns, but hey, they don't call life a roller-coaster for nothing!
With this post, I am signing off on the big year that was 2013. To my readers, I thank you for still reading my blog, even when it has been somewhat neglected this year. I hope that in 2014 I can bring you more exciting and meaningful content!
Wishing you a festive new year and Happy 2014!
xoxo
