Runway Highlights | LMFF Independent Runway

On Sunday night I had the pleasure of attending the L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival Independent Runway presented by Yen and the Thousands. Never have I seen such a crowd of immaculately dressed people at Central Pier! The outfits were full of originality and quirky pieces were a plenty. The runway show did not disappoint either, with eponymous labels including Something Else, EXTINCT Lui Hon and Livia Arena sharing their visions of this season's hottest looks. My favourite was the collection by JOLET, with unique cityscape digital prints on sharp and tailored modern pieces. For the boys, it was a mix of formal and casual looks with preppy details and a signature patched trench (see below).

Stay tuned for more from LMFF!
